At Welcome Residential we ensure a smooth handover for new tenancies and keep you updated throughout the entire process.

  • We aim to have the deposit paid and lease signed within 24 hours of approval for tenancy.
  • We have all the up to date agreements and forms to ensure all aspects of the tenancy will run smoothly.
  • We conduct an extremely thorough and detailed Entry Condition Report with accompanying photographs.
  • The bond of four weeks rent is lodged with the RTA once paid and held in trust.



We understand that you as the Lessor want your rent deposited into your account on time as well as your incoming accounts to be paid up to date.

  • We conduct detailed Exit inspections when the tenants vacate – we will also provide you with an Exit Condition Report and Exit photographs.
